Built to endure from Day One
Fintech startup Findustry AI had quietly released its first product, an AI agent that supports merchants in their responses to chargebacks. To emerge from stealth mode, they needed a brand that would introduce the company behind it—an organization with both clear credibility in fintech and the ambition to usher in its next phase of innovation.

The Indelible created a positioning strategy in close collaboration with Findustry AI’s founder, applying our PAVE model to lay the foundation for an extendable and durable system. A new narrative cast a compelling story while establishing a striking tone for the brand.

The identity is anchored by a brandmark that is at once intriguing and telegraphic. A turbine-like shape of warped, overlapping cards evokes the credit card payments space, but declares that Findustry AI is leading it to a new frontier. Titanium, piano, gold and bone variations give the identity restrained elegance.  

The wordmark starts with traditional financial industry cues and imbues them with distinctive character. Dramatic serifs suggest stability and an aspirational reach in letterforms that stand with confidence. 

From there, the expression system is one of nuance and slight variations. A neutral palette of eleven shades of gray and black is accented by amethyst and mint gradients that surprise with their subtlety. Dark mode and light mode coexist and complement.

Our work extended the system into a website design, including a detailed breakdown of the company’s proprietary benchmarking. The new system influenced the design of Chargeback Agent as well, creating a seamless connection between product and company.

As Findustry AI executes on its plan for growth, the company now meets the market with the added confidence of a premium, polished and bespoke brand system.
